Question:
Can I add another 190 panel to this system without having to get a larger inverter? My TT is a 2014 flagstaff microlite 21ds.

The solar charge controller included in your Go Power Solar Elite Charging System # 34282184 can handle up to 600 watts and the panels you have are rated for 380 watts. You will only want to utilize 75% of the max wattage the solar charge controller can handle to allow for unexpected surges and prevent overloading the controller. 75% of 600 would give you 450 watts so you would only be able to add another 70watt panel to your system unless you wire in a second MPPT solar charge controller like # 34276119 in parallel to increase the available capacity.
You'll only need to upgrade your inverter if you're trying to run more items in your RV and don't currently have the wattage to do so. You will need to think about your battery bank though. The more power you draw in the bigger the battery bank you'll want to have.
