I went ahead and called my contact at Redline Trailer Repair Parts, and they confirmed that nuts in the Mounting Hardware for 10" Brake Assemblies # BRKH10B have a diameter of 7/16mm and have 20 threads per inch. Unfortunately, there are no bolts that come with this hardware.
