What Would Cause One Hub of Trailer to be Warmer Than the Others

Question:
Camper trailer is 3 years old, and I have 1 brake that runs hot after braking, the other 3 are relatively cool.

It could be a bad bearing, bad grease seal, the brakes being tensioned too tight or worn brake shoes. Best option is to pull the hub off and inspect everything to see what's going on and fix as needed.
