Out Of Stroke Error Code Clearing On a 2021 Grand Design Reflection Lippert Ground Control

Newbie here and a woman RVer. My unit is giving me and Out of Stroke error. My question is if I do an auto retract without having a truck underneath the unit is it okay? I’m trying to clear this error

If you are wanting to retract the front landing gear jacks all the way you should support the front of your 2021 Grand Design Reflection by either reconnecting to your truck or using some sort of stands for the camper to sit on.

You will only have to manually raise the jack cylinder that has reached its stroke limit with the control pad and then clear the code.

To clear an error code from the touch pad, repair or otherwise correct the issue, then press “ENTER.” If the error is still present, the message will be displayed again.
