So the trailers rated on title as 12k but wanna say the 6 lug hubs with 12x2 drums are 5200lbs? One hub has a grease fitting saying reliable? Any specs on bearings/ races and seals would be greatly appreciated

Since your trailer is a triple axle setup it would make sense that your axles are 5,200 lb capacity which is backed up by the bolt pattern and drum size.
That would mean you'd need one of two bearing kits depending on the diameter of your spindle where the grease seal rides. If that dimension is 2.125 inch then the kit you'd want is the # BK3-310 or if it's 2.25 inch you'd want the part # BK3-300.
