They sure are!
The Aluminum Liger Trailer Wheel - 15" x 6" Rim - 6 on 5-1/2 - Black # LH49FR you were looking at have a load rating of 2830lbs which matches the load rating of the Karrier ST225/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range E # AM10303 so with this combination you will be able to fully utilize the capacities of both the wheel and tire. If you are using a different size tire then just use the lower rating between the wheel and tire as your maximum.
Now the # AM10303 needs to be run at its max PSI of 80 PSI you will need to use a quality valve stem. I recommend the # AM20906 which are rated for over 100 PSI so you know they will not have any issues.
