What is the best cap new replacement model for my Coleman air condition king 1993 model 7333-881. Thank’s Luc

For your 1993 7300 series Coleman AC I recommend the # MA00-325001 MaxxAir TuffMaxx Replacement RV Air Conditioner Cover. Based on what I found, the 7333-881 is a Mach 3. This shroud is a fit for the Mach 1, Mach 3, and Mach 15 RV air conditioners.
Since I do not have the dimensions of your unit I recommend taking measurements to be sure. The # MA00-325001 is 41-5/8" long x 28-3/4" wide at the base, 12-5/8" high, and measures 21" long x 17-13/16" wide at the top.
