Question:
I have a Swagman Bike Rack. It came with a Bolt that seems to match your Part No. 5902. Unfortunately, my new hitch is too wide and I need a longer Bolt. I need a Useable Length of about 3 and 1/4 inches, as opposed to the 2 and 7/8th inch Useable Length Bolt that it came with. Any suggestions? Thanks.

My Swagman representative tells me that their locking hitch pins are what they routinely recommend for this situation. I'm assuming you have one of the OEM Toyota hitches that use thicker outer walls, is that correct?
If your Swagman rack is compatible with both 2 inch as well as 1-1/4 inch hitches, you can use a locking hitch pin, which is part # S64029 that has a considerable longer usable length that the non-locking # P5902 you'd referenced.
If your rack is compatible with 2 inch hitches only, you'd need to use a different lock, part # S64027.
I've linked to demonstration videos for both locks mentioned above.
