Troubleshooting Furrion Vision S Camera Not Pairing With Monitor After Changing Vehicles
Updated 07/29/2021 | Published 07/28/2021 >
Question:
We bought a used Ram 2500 to tow our Kodiak travel trailer. We previously towed with an Armada. We had the Furrion camera installed and it worked with the Armada. Now that we have started towing with the Ram, the camera no longer pairs. Both have power and we drive with the headlights turned on.

It's likely that for some reason the Furrion camera and monitor # FOS43TASF have become unpaired, but you can re-pair them by pressing the button on the bottom of the camera and holding it for 2 seconds; if the monitor and camera are both receiving power this should get them connected.
If you've tried this process already and can verify that the running light circuit on the 7 way of your 2014 Ram 2500 is receiving the proper voltage, let me know and I can give you a couple of other steps to go through to get your camera working.
