AKIHUB-545-2-EZ-1K Do spindle nuts come with this assembly? The pictures do not show any.

The Trailer Idler Hub Assembly # AKIHUB-545-2-EZ-1K you were looking at does not include a spindle nut, but does include new bearings # L44643, races, grease seal, grease cap, and lug nuts.
Typically customers reuse there current spindle nut, but if yours is missing/lost or damaged you should be able to use 1" Spindle Nut # 165686 as that is the typical spindle nut used for an axle that uses the above hub. You can confirm this by measuring the diameter of the threaded portion of your spindle and making sure it is 1".
You will also need cotter pin # 165649, and washer # SW1000.
