A 2-way switch is the same as an SPDT switch. SPDT switches use three terminals and it stands for single pole, double throw. To answer your question, the # 37213095 RV Switch - On/On is an SPDT switch, so it may be used for a 2-way switch.

Yes! The RV Switch - On/On - SPDT #37213095 can be used to replace the switches from the Double Rocker Switch - On/Off #37212235 that you mention.
