I need to still be able to access the bed by folding down the tailgate. What racks will fit a 2020 Ram 1500?

I suggest the RockyMounts BackStage Bike Rack for 2 Bikes, # RKY10002 if you want to ensure an unobstructed access to the back the truck with tail gate down. This is a platform-style rack that swings away from the rear of your truck even with bikes loaded allowing the tailgate to lower as normal. This fits a 2z2 trailer hitch and has a weight capacity of up 60 lbs. per bike.
