will this work on a 2021 Wrangler 80th Anniversary with LED tail lights and does anyone make a plug and play harness for the wiring so Im not cutting my wires. Similar to the trailer hitch wiring harness.

The Roadmaster diode kit part # RM-154 does fit your 2021 Jeep Wrangler with LED taillights. Since there isn't a plug and play type of wiring kit like trailer wiring this would be the way to go.
We have the similar kit part # RM-15267 which comes with this diode kit as well as the coiled adapter to reach the other vehicle and the needed connectors. See attached install video for more info.
