The only rack we carry that will hold your 77-pound electric RadWagon 4 and RadRunner Plus is the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches # HLY74FR. As far as weight capacity, the Sport Rider SE has a massive per-bike weight capacity of 80 pounds. The Sport Rider SE is will be able to attach to your 1-1/4 inch hitch receiver. In addition, the rack will safely bypass the front and rear fenders by attaching to the frame. This is ideal because using a wheel-frame bike rack can actually crack or damage the fenders during transport.

As far as the total weight you have on your 1-1/4 inch hitch, you will have a total of 208 pounds of tongue weight with the two bikes and the Sport Rider SE. It is important that you check the maximum tongue weight rating on your hitch to make sure that it will be able to accommodate the weight. If the weight exceeds the maximum capacity of the hitch, the only other options is to install a 2-inch hitch to use the Sport Rider SE. Judging by the photos that you attached of your e-bikes, you will need a Hollywood Racks Bike Frame Adapter Bar for Women's and Alternative Frame Bikes # HRBA-PRO for each of your bikes. The adapter bar will allow you to have a straight, horizontal plane on your frames required to attach to the ratcheting hooks on the Sport Rider SE.
