I have a solution for you, but there is not an adapter compatible for a 2 inch hitch from Thule Thule T2 Pro # TH23JV and there is not a replaceable shank to upgrade to the 2 inch receiver. However, you could use a sleeve adapter like the Brophy # HTAD to bring the 2" receiver down to a 1-1/4" receiver and allow you to carry your T2 Pro.
You cannot put a shank adapter like the # 853-7489 on the # TH23JV because of the locking knob system that keeps the shank firmly in place in the shank when installed.
