Page 3 of the installation instructions for the Item # FVU1500WH Ultra Breeze vent cover states: Do not use this product in inclement weather.inch Sounds like they are saying dont use it when it rains. Would that be your interpitation?

The Fan-Tastic Vent Ultra Breeze Trailer Roof Vent Cover # FVU1500WH that you referenced can be used in rain. I'd interpret what they say as "inclement weather" as a nasty thunderstorm or heavy snow. That said, if hail or heavy snow caused damage the warranty would not cover it.
