I have a 2021 rockwood 1940ltd and don’t have a lot of room on the front of my trailer after the battery,propane,power lift… I worry this may not fit?

I looked up some pictures of your 2021 Rockwood 1940LTD and you are right that the space on the tongue is pretty tight.
The Trailer Valet 5X Swivel Jack and Trailer Mover - Topwind - 15" Lift - 5,000 lbs # STC-V211 you were looking at takes up 8" of space on the trailers tongue, so you will need to measure and make sure that you have at least 8" of space.
If you do not there is still another option. Since your trailer has an A-frame jack you can use that to raise and lower the trailer onto your vehicles trailer hitch receiver, and to move it around you can use the Trailer Valet XL Trailer Dolly with Chain Drive - 2" Hitch Ball - 10,000 lbs # TVXL2 to move the trailer around.
