Some great trunk-mounted bike racks that fits your 2013 Dodge Dart are the Thule Passage 2 # TH910XT and 3 # TH911XT, and the Saris Bones EX 3 Bike Rack - Trunk Mount - Adjustable Arms # SA803.
These are all good racks that have adjustable arms and anti-sway features to keep you bikes from making contact with each other during transport. They do not come with locks. If you want to add extra security to both your bikes and your rack, I recommend the etrailer Cable Lock - 10' Long - 5/16" Diameter - Steel - Keyed Alike # e98891 and the Thule Passive Security Strap # TH533.
I also want to mention my favorite truck rack that comes with all of the extras. The OutWay for 2 bikes # TH45JV or for 3-bikes # TH56BV is the absolute easiest rack to install. It uses only 2 cables rather than the 4-6 of other racks. It has adjustable arms and anti-sway technology and comes with locks for both the rack and the bikes.
