why are there two different sets of clips? do the front and back towers for the rack require a different base clip, so I need to buy both these pairs? Do you have an installation video for my vehicle?

The reason why there are two sets of clips for this roof rack setup on your 2017 Nissan Murano is because of different factors. Some common factors include the shape of your roof or the location of your window/window separation points. It is not out of the ordinary to have two different sets of fit kits for the front/rear crossbar. For your vehicle, you will need both the BaseClip Fit Kit for Yakima BaseLine Roof Rack Towers - Qty 2 # Y06126 and the BaseClip Fit Kit for Yakima BaseLine Roof Rack Towers - Qty 2 # Y06138. As far as installation videos, we unfortunately do not have an installation video for any year of Nissan Murano. However, I went ahead and attached an installation video of a 2016 Honda Pilot with a bare roof. It will be very similar for your 2017 Nissan Murano.
