Question:

Does a 2021 Jeep Wrangler UL need a break lite relay. Also does it have to have the diodes for the rear lights.

For lighting for your 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited you are going to want to go with a diode kit like the part # RM-15247 as there isn't a kit that installs into the vehicle taillight harness connections.

From our research on your vehicle there isn't a brake lite relay required but you can test this by having your vehicle key turned off and then pressing the brake pedal. If the taillights don't come on you are good to not need the relay.
