Question:
I need a class 4 hitch if available for 1992 F250 Extended cab 4WD. I previously had a 1992 F350 4 WD 4 door pickup truck and saved the hitch. It is not the same bolt pattern as the same year F250 Extended cab

We have just what you are looking for.
I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class IV - 2" # 14001 which is a confirmed fit for your 1992 Ford F-250 Extended Cab 4WD and has the Class IV rating you were wanting. You will need to drill a few holes to get this hitch mounted on your truck, but that is the case for all of the Class IV Hitches available at this time.
This hitch has a 1000lb tongue weight rating and 10000lbs trailer weight rating, or a 1200lb tongue weight rating and a 12000lb trailer weight rating if using a weight distribution hitch. While this hitch has these ratings your truck may not so I recommend taking a look in the owners manual of your F-250 to confirm its towing capacity, and use the lower ratings between the hitch and truck.
If your F-250 does not have a vehicle wiring harness you will also need the # 118316.
I included installation videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
