Hey Gary yes, the 8 bolts that mount the TorkLift SuperHitch Original Trailer Hitch Receiver # TLF1002 are included with the Replacement Mounting Hardware - TorkLift SuperHitch Original Trailer Hitch Dual 2" Receivers # TLM8003-F1002.
