Entered my vehicle 2001 F350 site brought up # 65050 But note shows not confirmed for F350 What hitch does fit without removing bumper?

The Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # C31014 is the only front receiver that we currently offer for your 2001 Ford F-350 that does not require you to remove the front bumper. For it to mount your F-350 must have the blocker beam on the front. I have included a pic showing what the blocker beam looks like.
If you do not have the blocker beam on your F-350 you will need to use the Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # 65022. This receiver will require you to temporarily remove the front bumper to install the receiver. If you have the factory square fog lights they must be removed.
The Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # 65050 that you found fits 2007-2010 Chevrolet/GMC Silverado/Sierra 2500 and 3500 with the new body style.
