Question:
checking on front hitch for 2003 F350, 7.3, 4WD, crew cab, SRW. I would like to leave the OEM fog lights as is. I need to be able to install myself. 500lb tongue wt., 7K trailer wt. Trailer wt. not too critical as I will be only moving the 20 enclosed work trailer , load with tools, around in the yard. What would you recommend. Thanks

I do have a solution for you to install a front hitch on your 2003 Ford F-350 that will lead the OEM fog lights in tact, but you will need to confirm that your truck has the blocker beam behind the bumper (only found on 4wd versions of this truck, so it's likely there). I recommend using the Curt # C31014 which has the 500-lbs tongue weight capacity you're seeking and will allow you to maneuver your enclosed trailer around the yard easily.
I have attached an installation video of this hitch for you to have a look at, that was done on a similar truck and you can use as a guide when installing this yourself.
