fast way e2 weight dist. I currently have spring bars part number 92-00-0800. I need to go up because my actual tongue weight is 830 lbs. I have spring bars part number 90-00-1000, I thought they would fit in the trunnion head, but they dont. What do you recomend?

The # FA92-00-0800 you mentioned is the trunnion-style 800 lb Fastway e2 weight distribution system. What you will need in order to upgrade is the 1,000 lb trunnion bars, which are the following part:
- Replacement Trunnion Spring Bars for Fastway e2 Weight Distribution Systems - 1,000 lbs TW # FA92-01-1099
These will fit the head unit on your current Fastway system so with these bars you'll be set.
