Does this axle/hub kit come pre-assembled and greased or will I need to assemble and grease it? Thanks!

The CE Smith Trailer Axle w/ Idler Hubs # CE33201GA-HUB does come with all the bearings, hubs, and grease but it is not pre-greased.
