I need to replace the extend/ retract switch on this jacket. The jack no. is gone on it so I can get the right replacement. Do you know by looking at it what one it would take and where I can find one?

The replacement extend/retract switch for your Lippert Power Jack # LC285318 is not available by itself, so you will need the Replacement Top Cover for Lippert Electric Trailer Jack - Black # LC285160 which includes the new extend/retract switch, and new on/off switch for the light.
