The Demco Tabless Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms Item # DM9519339 will fit the 2018-2021 Jeep Wrangler models but since it was designed for a steel bumper it will hang much lower than the plastic bumper and won't be as clean of a look.
If you would like a Demco base plate meant for a plastic bumper I recommend the Demco Tabless Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms Item # DM9519336.
