If I am reading this correctly, you want to know where to attach the cable to lock your bikes to the Thule Helium Pro 2 Bike Rack - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Tilting - Aluminum, part # TH9042PRO. The cable attaches in a slot on the left arm of the hitch bike rack. The lock core is in the front of that arm.
