Will this fit my stock f350 3 inch hitch with a 2.5 inch sleeve In hitch. Also I might not need a full 41 inches can I cut this down to 36 or 38 inches without loosing towing capacity

The Reese hitch extender part # RP45018 would fit the 2-1/2 inch hitch sleeve you have in the 3 inch hitch of your Ford F-350. The shortest this one can go is 41 inches so you might instead want the # C45048 which is shorter at 34 inches.
Cutting either of these does not negatively affect weight capacity but the # RP45018 at 41 inches is rated for 5,000 lbs trailer weight and the # C45048 at 34 inches is rated for 4,500 lbs.
