The CE Smith Trailer Idler Hub Assembly # CE13611 will not fit your trailer with the hub bearings 15123 and 25580.
Your hub bearings are most commonly found in 6,000lb axles and will require one of the following hubs.
etrailer Trailer Idler Hub Assembly # AKIHUB-655-6-EZ-K for an EZ Lube axle
etrailer Trailer Idler Hub Assembly # AKIHUB-655-6-K for a standard spindle
Both of these hub assembly's will include new inner and outer bearings and races, lug nuts, grease caps, and a 2.25" inner diameter grease seal. If your hub uses a different size grease seal let me know and I will recommend the correct part. Both have the 6 on 5-1/2 lug pattern which matches what you saw in the CE Smith hub.
The Bearing Buddy Bearing Protectors # BB2441SS can be added to the standard spindle kit to allow you to easily add grease to the wheel bearings without the need to disassemble the hub.
