Question:

I purchased a Rhino roof rack system 2003 Ford Excursion from you 3 or so years ago. Im in need of replacement keys, the lock number is 012 and the rack end cap is code M622 original keyinch was a blue plastic round key. Can I get those from you? If so I havent seen either of the numbers/codes on your site.

If you need replacement keys the part you need is the Rhino-Rack Masterkey Lock Barrels - Keyed Alike - Qty 2, part # RRRK***-2, with the key number inserted. Your lock core is 012 you need part # RRRK012-2. Unfortunately, you have to get the entire kit, including the lock barrels, to get the key.

I lost my 125 Rhino lock to access the tower bolts to remove or add the towers to my Toyota 2021 Rav 4 Hybrid flush rails. I also lost the Plastic blue key to remove the end caps of the Vortex rails. Your answer to a previous customer mentioned the Rhino-Rack Masterkey Lock for $40.00. So that key will allow me to access my 125 Lock? You did not provide an answer to Replace the Blue Plastic Round key to remove the Vortex Bar end caps. Thank you. Sincerely, Tom Fink

@TomF Happy to help! The part number for the blue round key for the Rhino Rack bars is part # RR72ME and the for the lock core you would want to get part # RRRK125-2 to match your existing key number.
