Hi looking to identify what rack system I can install on my 2015 Ford F-150 short bed truck with a Leer 100xq cab.

The Rhino-Rack Roof Rack # Y01-140B-NT that you referenced does fit the top channels on top of your Leer camper and would work well. It will give you a heavier duty set of bars that have a channel on top for attaching roof rack components.
