Question:
My working black base is still mounted on trailer. Only the yellow/red led lamp module with two prongs departed trailer while towing. Is the led lamp part with two prongs available?

I have a complete replacement option for you, but just the lens portion of your light is not available by itself.
Based on the model number on the rear of your light you will need the Optronics Thinline LED Trailer Fender Light - Submersible # OPT36FR which will be an exact replacement.
With this you can reuse your current base, and just keep the new base on hand in case you need it in the future.
I included a video of the # OPT36FR for you to take a look at.
