Where can I find the documentation with instruction on installing the cable?

I would be happy to help you get the winch cable installed on your Fulton High-Performance Brake Winch # F143201, but unfortunately there is no online install instructions for this.

To get the steel cable installed you will need to pass the cable from the inside of the drum through one of the dimpled holes in the outer plate. Next loop the cable around the drum bearing, under itself, and leave 1" of cable extending past the built in clamp location. Tighten down the clamp to keep the cable secure.

If you do not already have a cable for your winch I recommend the # DL24102 which has the same 2500lb capacity as the winch.
