Winches like the Dutton-Lainson # DL14830 you asked about have mounting holes that tend to resemble a Picasso painting so they can be hard to describe. Instead I made a diagram that shows the majority of the bolt hole spacing. If you need a specific or another measurement I didn't include just let me know and I'll get the one you need.
