Yes, as long as you have a hitch installed on your 2006 Honda Accord you would be able to install a Thule Doubletrack Pro XT Bike Carrier # TH92BJ.
If you do not have a hitch installed on your vehicle already I would recommend you get a Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch # 24787. I attached an installation video for this product also.
