Question:

My trailer tounge is 3 1/4 inches wide so I will need to do some modifying to allow this actuater to fit. How long is the T63FR?

In the picture I have attached you will see the dimensions of the Titan Aero 7500 Brake Actuator # T63FR noted has an overall length of 20 inches.

You mentioned that your trailer tongue is 3-1/4 inches wide - the standard width of a trailer tongue is 3 inches, so this (and industry standard) actuators have an inside width dimension of 3-1/8 inches to fit on the tongue. The outside dimension of the actuator is 3-1/2 inches.

You may want to verify the width of your trailer - if it really is 3-1/4 inches, we will not have an actuator that will fit.
