You would need the # VGD-10-4000 Stromberg Carlson 5th wheel tailgate for your 2010 Dodge Ram 3500. The # VGD-02-4000 tailgate you referenced will only fit Dodge Ram models up to 2009.
If you would like to fill the cutout on the tailgate while you are not towing, we offer an insert, part # VI-4000. An insert kit, part # 4000-V, is also available if you would like to fill in the gaps between the louvers.
