Can Furrion Tankless RV Water Heater Be Used to Replace Girard GSWH-2 Tankless Water Heater

Question:

Our 2023 Airstream Flying Cloud currently has a Girard GSWH-2 tankless water heater. It wastes a ton of water and fills up our tanks quickly since we often have to run it on full hot for at least a minute to get hot water -and then you have to keep it running at full to maintain it. Plus, you often get a blast of cold in the shower, which my family does not enjoy! :. Based on reviews, it seems as though this may be a better system that we could replace ourselves. Wondering if the Furrion FR68SR is the correct fit and would be a direct replacement? Thank you!

According to my research your Girard GSWH-2 tankless water heater measures 12-1/2" wide x 12-1/2" tall x 15-1/2" deep and the Furrion RV Tankless Water Heater # FR68SR measures 12-5/8" wide x 12-5/8" tall x 19-1/4" deep so as long as you have a little more depth for the Furrion this will work well as a replacement!
