What are the specs for the equalizer on my 2020 Durango Gold 40 foot 5th wheel?

According to the manufacturer's installation instructions for the Equa-Flex Cushioned Equalizers # LC279688, the nut threaded onto the equalizer bolt as well as the nuts threaded onto the shackle bolts should be tightened until they bottom out on the bolt shoulder at 30-50 ft-lbs.
