I have a hub replacement option for you, but the 4 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern is pretty uncommon. We do not currently carry any wheels with this bolt pattern and I was unable to find any online.
The easiest option is going to be to replace the hubs with ones that use a more common bolt pattern like 4 on 4" or 5 on 4-1/2".
To determine the correct replacement hubs you will need to determine which bearings your current hub uses. To do this you will need to remove of your current hubs and look for the bearing numbers stamped in the face of each bearing as shown in the included picture of the # L44649.
If you can tell me what bearings your hubs use I would be happy to recommend one that uses a more common bolt pattern.
