I checked with Thule for you, and can confirm that the Motion XT XL - which has 18 cubic feet of cargo space - will indeed fit your 2019 Toyota RAV4 with factory crossbars. This cargo box is available in your choice of two different colors a well:
- Titan Glossy: Thule Motion XT Rooftop Cargo Box - 18 cu ft # TH629807
- Black Glossy: Thule Motion XT Rooftop Cargo Box - 18 cu ft # TH629806
This is a really nice choice for a cargo box for your RAV4 because the it is super easy it is to use and install while also being quiet relative to other cargo boxes because of its aerodynamic shape that will slice through the wind. The Motion XT XL has a lid that opens from either side of your car to make it easy to access, and installing it on your RAV4's roof rack is a breeze - it simply uses a clamp that grips the sides of your crossbars. You will know when the clamps are tight enough around the crossbars as there will be a very audible click - that's all there is to it.
