I contacted the manufacturer, Dexter Axle, and they told me that what you have is a 6,000 lb axle, and for that the correct bearing kit for your axle is the following:
- Bearing Kit, 15123/ 25580 Bearings, 10-36 Seal # BK3-100
Additionally, for grease I recommend the LubriMatic Grease # L11390, and Bearing Packer # PTW1218.
