I was unable to find much information about the Global Direct GDC100, but that doesn't mean we don't have anything available for you.
The Titan Brake Actuator # T4747220 is rated to 8,000 pounds and has electric lockout. The Titan # T4750820 is much the same, but it is rated up to 12,500 pounds if more capacity is needed. Both of these options are also rate for use with disc brakes.
If you needed an actuator for drum brakes, the Titan # T4079200 will be rated to 8,000 pounds and the Titan # T2478100 will be rated to 12,500 pounds. It should be noted that neither of these options have a lockout feature, however.
