Can Titan Model 6 Surge Brake Actuator Replace GDC Model 80

I am wondering the Titan surge brake actuator part number 4747220 will bolt on to the existing holes for the GDC model 80

The Titan Surge Trailer Actuator part # T4747220 will pretty easily install in place of what you have now but looking at the picture of what you have and what looks like an equal distance between the mounting holes it would seem most likely that you would have to drill at least one new hole to install the # T4747220 that you referenced. Or you could have it welded.
