I have a replacement jack option for you, I reached out to my contact at Fulton and the Fulton Magnum Series 12000lb got discontinued a few years back, and all of the rebuild kits and replacement parts were discontinued with it.

The only option is going to be to replace the jack completely. I recommend the Bulldog Square Jack - Drop Leg w/ Spring Return - Sidewind - 26" Lift - 12,500 lbs # BD182701. You will also need the sidewind crank # BD015181.
