I have attached a photo that has been expanded so you can see what the part # BD500217 jack screw and nut look like. I have also included a photo with the kit that has the dimensions noted you can check out.

Is there any local stores that i can purchase these jack parts from instead of ordering them.

It's possible that the screw and nut kit mentioned above could be found locally at a trailer shop if you have one around, but most likely it's only going to be available online. I'm not aware of any particular shop that carries these parts.
