I have a replacement trailer hitch receiver option for you, but since your 2003 Ford F-250 has a 2" trailer hitch receiver the longest extension available is the Hitch Extender for Brophy Hitch-Mounted Stairs - 2" Hitches - Black Powder Coated Steel # RHSE which is only 19" long.
To get the 41" - 45" extension you are needing you will need to replace your factory trailer hitch receiver with the TorkLift SuperHitch Magnum Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class V - 2-1/2" and 2" # TLF1002-30 which will allow you to use the TorkLift SuperTruss Hitch Extension for SuperHitch Trailer Hitch Receivers - 42" Long # TLE1542.
This will give you a tongue weight rating of 600lbs and a trailer weight rating of 6000lbs which is plenty for your 2500lb golf cart trailer.
You will also need to replace your rear camper tie down with the TorkLift Custom Frame-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs - Rear # TLR3504 to work with the new hitch.
I included a few videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
