Clicking Sound When Trying to Raise Lippert Level-Up

Question:
We are trying to raise trailer to hook up to my truck. When we are pushing the up button it sounds like the pump just makes a clicking sound

What's the condition of the battery on the trailer? It sounds like it has a weak charge on battery. Or just check the connections to the RV battery as well and make sure the terminals are tight as well.
